Special Conditions
Weddings
7-day notice required for full refund. Cancellations within 7 days attract 50% charge.
Peak Dates
New Year's Eve, Diwali, and other peak dates require 48-hour notice. Cancellations within 48 hours attract 75% charge.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, 100% refund is processed within 2 working days.
